Through a partnership with Personify Care, Mater Townsville aims to enhance the post-operative experience for patients. Personify Care's digital pathways facilitate seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients, fostering a collaborative and empowering approach to recovery. 

 

Stephanie Barwick, Mater Private Hospital Townsville General Manager shares,

The patient journey application will reduce hospital length of stay for a number of orthopaedic patients and improve their patient experience by providing full-circle education on what to expect before, during, and after select procedures, and is launching following extensive review by our team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
