Anduril Australia and Asia Pacific welcomes Pete Quinn AO, CSC as Vice President Strategy

Anduril Australia is thrilled to announce the hiring of Pete Quinn AO CSC as Vice President Strategy, Anduril Australia and Asia Pacific.

As Anduril Australia's VP Strategy, Pete will support the growth of the Australian and APAC businesses. In this role he will provide strategic direction and shape the development of cutting-edge AI-driven capabilities for multi-domain superiority.

Pete joins the Anduril Australian and APAC business at an exciting time of growth. Anduril Australia launched on 3rd July 2022 and, in just over a year, has grown to a team of 76 people and moved offices three times to allow for its expansion.

As a former Rear Admiral of the Royal Australian Navy, Pete comes to Anduril Australia following a distinguished 40-year military career serving in a wide variety of Navy, Joint and exchange appointments, including operational deployments to the North West Pacific, the Middle East and East Timor.

He served most recently as Head Navy Capability where he was responsible for identifying the needs and requirements of Navy's future capabilities and for the development and delivery of these capabilities to the Fleet.

He was awarded a Conspicuous Service Cross for outstanding achievement as the Commanding Officer of HMAS Sydney in the 2007 Australia Day Honours and appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in the 2018 Queen's Birthday Honours for exceptional service to the Royal Australian Navy and Defence in senior management. In 2023 he was promoted to Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to the RAN and the Australian Department of Defence.
