Jim's Group offers lifeline to save Godfreys sacked workers

Haydar Hussein, founder and head of Jim's Cleaning Group, the country's largest cleaning franchise business with over 1600 franchises across the country which is part of the Jim's Group, has stepped in to offer every Godfreys staff member a free Jim's Cleaning Franchise. 

"Cleaning is one of the biggest industries in our country.  At Jim's Cleaning, we work with hospitals, aged care facilities, corporates, government, schools, all types of businesses as well as providing services to households and we can not get enough people to do the work," Hussein said. 

"Clearly the staff at Godfreys have a passion for cleaning and we want them to join us.   We need more franchisees to respond to the growing amount of work and leads we are receiving all over the country. 

"Normally our franchises cost between $25,000 to $35,000, but we want to help the staff at Godfreys and offer them an opportunity to stay in the industry and earn more money. 

"We have work ready for them and we can get them set up and started almost immediately.   This is the perfect win win outcome for everyone and it will enable the staff at Godfreys to secure a new future for themselves."

According to Hussein, Jim's Cleaning franchises businesses come with all the training required which they will need to attend and pass, a personal mentor and business coach to support them all the way.  

The only costs include consumables which all businesses across the group need to purchase such as uniforms, equipment and chemicals.  This means there will be some basic start up costs for new franchisees and the usual operational costs of running a business however the actual business will be gifted.   The Jim's Cleaning Group provides the leads and support. 

"Godfreys staff will already be familiar with our cleaning products.   Jim's Cleaning Products are Enzyme based, which Godfreys also sells," Hussein said. 

"We can't keep up with all the cleaning jobs coming in to our business, so to have more franchisee businesses on board taking on the growing amount of work would be a great outcome for everyone."
