The new facility, located within the new consulting suites of Nepean Private Hospital, adjacent to Nepean Public Hospital, is the latest addition to over 350 B. Braun renal care clinics caring for almost 30,000 patients around the world.
The new Private Nepean Renal Care Centre is a state-of-the-art facility that offers high quality dialysis services to the Western Sydney District, covering Penrith, the Blue Mountains, and neighbouring communities. The centre will support the renal care needs of the local community and complement the existing dialysis services at Nepean Public Hospital. The centre also provides a convenient alternative for locals who prefer private dialysis services, eliminating the need for travel outside of the community.
The centre is equipped with the latest dialysis machine technology - the Dialog® iQ. The new system is designed with two inputs to give improved information on the patient's hemodynamic condition. Dialog iQ's system intelligence is able to extrapolate data from multiple information sources and take the appropriate action based on the patient's individual needs.
The centre is designed with patient comfort in mind. The centre offers a tranquil environment for clients undergoing dialysis, with features such as big-screen TVs, access to streaming services, Wi-Fi, and complimentary refreshments.
