The Refer a Friend program, which rewards customers for 'not keeping SpinTel a secret', is directly benefiting customers with cash savings at a time when every dollar counts. Customers who introduce friends and family to the telco via the program, will generate monthly credits for the life of their friend's connection.

The more referrals signing up, the more credit customers earn, up to the value of their monthly bill.
"What makes our referral program unique is longevity," added Bal. "As long as a customer's referral is signed up, they'll receive ongoing monthly credits. Each new NBN referral signing up, will generate a $5 monthly credit on our customer's account, so referring ten friends will net a $50 monthly credit. For mobile, one new friend generates a $1 credit, so ten friends signing up will generate a $10 monthly credit on the account."
