Vendors are flocking to AgentSpot.com.au to register their property details and receive confidential appraisals after 'The Block' judge and Founder and CEO of luxury real estate group WHITEFOX, Marty Fox, put his name to the free service, with AgentSpot's General Manager Neil King reporting an 80% increase in sign-ups to the platform.

"Marty is a perfectionist - as seen on The Block - and a highly respected agent with offices all around Australia and New Zealand - so when the first of our TV ads aired on Sunday 25 August, we were delighted to receive a lot of traffic to the site," Mr King said.

He added that the privacy aspect, up to five confidential appraisals, and a $500 bonus payment once you sell your property through an agent linked to the site, were all proving drawcards.
