POS POS earns its stripes with Zebra Technologies award

Value added point of sale and point of service technologies distributor, POS POS, has won the Top Distributor Award from Zebra Technologies, a global provider of identification, tracking and location solutions.
Zebra presented the award to POS POS at its recent Partner Conference in Lijiang, China, at which distributors gathered to hear the latest product and company news from the vendor.
David Thompson, Country Manager, Zebra Technologies, said POS POS’ stellar performance and commitment to the channel were vital in scooping the award.
“POS POS’ true, value-added distribution model is key to Zebra’s growth in the Australia/New Zealand region,” says Thompson. “Throughout the year, POS POS has stood out with its revenue contribution, customer support and leadership, and we look forward to continuing our relationship in the coming years.”
Since it was appointed a Zebra distributor in early 2007, POS POS has secured two significant deals in the retail sector and continues to provide a value-added service to the channel with extensive pre- and post-sales support.
“Our focus on the emerging mobility technology in which Zebra is investing – particularly in the health sector – coupled with our in-house Professional Services infrastructure means we can provide resellers with the support they need throughout the sales cycle,” says Vik Devjee, Director, Sales and Marketing, POS POS. “We work closely with Zebra to provide technical and product training to resellers, and will continue in that vein to ensure we can forge new markets and take advantage of opportunities.”
