Latrobe Health Services gives members two weeks free upon completion of a Shane Warne Legacy Health Check

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, 9 DECEMBER 2024: Latrobe Health Services, a member-first, not-for-profit health insurer, today announces it is giving members two weeks free* on completion of a free Shane Warne Legacy Health Check this holiday season.

How members can apply:  

• Head to your nearest Shane Warne Legacy health station between 9 December 2024 and 23 January 2025. To find a location in your local area, please visit: https://shanewarnelegacy.com/pages/heart-test. 
• Complete a free Shane Warne Legacy Health Check.  
• Submit a screenshot of your post-check SiSU Health email as proof of your health check via www.latrobehealth.com.au/two-weeks-free by 11:59pm 23 January 2025 (no health data will be shared).  

A Shane Warne Legacy Health Check is available to anyone over the age of 18 and provides instant insights into your cardiovascular risk factors such as heart rate, blood pressure, heart age, BMI and risk of diabetes.   

"We are proud to also support the Shane Warne Legacy with their exciting competition which is open to the public. Anyone who completes a Shane Warne Legacy Health Check is in with a chance to win one of five fantastic cricket prizes," explains Ian.  

To enter, participants must complete a Shane Warne Legacy Health Check and opt in on the SiSU Health Station at a participating Priceline Pharmacy by entering their phone number and agreeing to T&Cs. One major and four runner up competition winners will be randomly selected on 16 December 2024*. 

Major prize: Win* a rare match-worn Shane Warne shirt and a once-in-a-lifetime experience for all 5 days (26th - 30th Dec) of the NRMA Insurance Boxing Day Test between Australia and India at the historic MCG including interstate flights, a 5-star stay, and a meet and greet with the Fox Sports and Channel 7 commentators.
