One of Ipswich's most loved car salesmen opens flagship Price Attack store in Yamanto Central

Yamanto Central shopping centre has celebrated the opening of another major brand, Price Attack. The new opening firmly solidifies Yamanto Central's place in retail history as one of the most successful shopping centre launches in Australia.
 

The new Price Attack store is situated on the main retail shopping floor of the Yamanto Central shopping complex and features all of the brand's much-loved products and services including an in-house hair salon.
 

Yamanto Central is considered one of the Australia's most successful sub regional shopping centres, located in a significant growth corridor west of Brisbane. Opening in 2021, the centre now boasts over 50 specialty stores, international and national brands, Kmart, Coles, as well as an outdoor casual covered dining precinct that can seat some 300 people, health, medical and fitness precincts, a fresh food zone, free undercovering parking and much more.
 

Last year, the shopping centre was nominated for a number of profile awards and won the Australian Property Council's 2024 Excellence in Development award.

The team behind the new Price Attack store at Yamanto Central is well known to Ipswich. Josh Deane and his partner Kaela Deane decided to open their first Price Attack business at Yamanto Central because of their love for the area and their experience in working with the brand and the local community.
 

"Many people who have bought a car over the last few years have probably met me. Yes, I was the local car salesman here in Ipswich," Mr Deane said.
 

"I am passionate about cars and have worked in the car industry in and around the area for a long time. I love sales and helping people to lift their life with buying decisions that add value to their lifestyle.

"Many of my car customers came from the Yamanto area and so I really feel a great connection with the area and understand the interests of local people. Cars to hair care is quite a leap, but ultimately I really enjoy working with people so being in the position to help people through hair care instead of cars is something I am looking forward to."
 

Kaela Deane is also excited to be working with the local community.
