Epson demonstrates professional printing and scanning solutions at the 2025 Association of School Business Administrators (ASBA) National Conference
Announcement posted by Epson Australia 19 May 2025
The Association of School Business Administrators (ASBA) is the peak body representing eight member associations of business administrators who are employed in non-government schools throughout Australia and New Zealand. At the ASBA 2025 National Conference entitled Resilience at the Top End, Epson will be demonstrating some key professional printing solutions on their stand, 73.
For school business administrators who are looking to save money, reduce downtime and support their school's sustainability targets Epson has the answer with their range of Heat-Free printers and efficient scanners.
First up on Epson stand 73 is the Epson WorkForce Enterprise AMC-4000 with its speed of 40 ISO ppm1 (mono/colour), Zero warm-up time and high-yield ink cartridges means it delivers consistent, high-quality performance without the interruptions you might have come to expect from traditional laser-based devices.
Epson WorkForce Enterprise AMC-4000
The superior quality and reliability are largely due to Epson's advanced Heat-Free PrecisionCore technology used throughout the Epson print range.
This printer enables users to make an impact while minimising costs with its professional, high-resolution output (600 x 2400 dpi) from an extremely cost-effective multi-function device and you will conserve energy as Epson's Heat-Free Technology uses just a ¼ of the energy of a laser printer.
New Epson WorkForce Enterprise AM-C400 printer
Next up is the WorkForce Enterprise AM-C400 multi-function printer which also uses Epson's Heat-Free technology to save energy, reduce costs and deliver improved and enhanced A4 solutions.
The AM-C400 offers all the energy saving and productivity advantages offered by Epson's A3 line-inkjet printers but in a more compact and space saving A4 format.
By sharing many of the features and functions of its larger A3 siblings, identical user interface, presented on a large 10.1" touchscreen, the AM-C400 comes with everything schools need for serious and reliable printing, including high monthly duty cycle, very high image quality thanks to DURABrite® Pro pigment ink and a full suite of advanced security features.
The AM-C400 also boasts high print (40 ppm) and scan speeds (50 ipm/100 ipm simplex/duplex), high paper capacities and high yield ink cartridges of up to 31,500 pages (mono), which help the printers deliver significant productivity advantages for schools of all sizes. It also has one of the smallest physical footprints in its class.
Epson DS-32000 large-format document scanner
Alongside the AM-C400 is the powerful and flexible DS-32000 large-format document scanner. Engineered for the desktop in busy and high-volume school office environments, the DS-32000 includes a host of productivity features to help increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
With fast speeds to meet the requirements of busy schools, the DS-32000 offers up to 90 ppm with a peak daily duty cycle of 40,000 sheets. With versatile paper support, the document scanner accommodates sheets up to 12" x 17", folded pages, plastic cards, sealed envelopes and passports.
This model features a compact, space-saving footprint designed to complement the modern school workspace, and has a flexible design, providing both vertical and horizontal feed options, as well as easy rotation for convenient storage.
Finally on the Epson stand comes Epson's 24-inch SureColor T3160M printer. The SureColor T3160M is a multi-function printer that includes an integrated scanner for accurately scanning blueprints and drawings, making large copies and sharing high-quality technical documents.
Featuring a sleek design and compact footprint, the SureColor T3160M conveniently fits into modern work from home and school office environments allowing for seamless team collaboration across CAD, architecture, engineering and corporate graphics workflows.
