Turtle Strength Launches Free DOTS Score Calculator for Aussie Powerlifters

Darwin, NT - 27 May 2025 - Turtle Strength has launched a simple but powerful online tool designed for Australian powerlifters who want to know exactly how they stack up: the DOTS Score Calculator.

Whether you're chasing a podium finish or just curious about how your lifts compare, the DOTS score gives you a number that shows how strong you really are for your body weight. It's the same method used by powerlifting federations like the Australian Powerlifting League (APL) to award "Best Lifter" titles.
