"We started Elix-Elite to make cocktails more accessible at home, while shining a light on the amazing talent we have here in Australia," says David Biviano, co-founder of Elix-Elite. "It's about learning, exploring local spirits, and enjoying the experience along the way."

Every box includes full bottles of premium spirits, native ingredients, and step-by-step guides — plus video tutorials from professional bartenders. It's designed to help take the uncertainty out of cocktail making and make the process more enjoyable.

• Marionette Liqueurs (VIC) — Makers of beautifully crafted liqueurs, including their renowned Apricot Brandy and Curaçao.
• Mad Monkey Distillery (SA) — South Australia's first dedicated rum distillery, creating aged rums and unique botanical cane spirits.
• White Possum (VIC) — Producers of one of Australia's first Amarettos, with a strong commitment to sustainability.
