DiUS and AWS strengthen partnership with Strategic Collaboration Agreement to accelerate generative AI and agentic AI innovation in Australia

Melbourne, Australia—[Thursday 10th July 2025]—DiUS, a leading Australian technology consultancy and an AWS Partner, today announced it has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help enterprises harness generative AI to drive productivity, operational efficiency and business innovation.

Under the SCA, DiUS and AWS will work more closely than ever to help organisations tackle pressing challenges with generative AI. With deeper alignment and greater access to AWS programs and co-funding, DiUS can accelerate progress across the journey, from identifying the right use cases and technology fit, to reducing latency and improving performance in production, through to scaling more advanced applications. The focus will be on sectors where DiUS has deep domain expertise: financial services, retail, industrial, healthcare, and media and entertainment.

Seeing agentic AI as the next leap forward, Pendula engaged DiUS to build a production-ready prototype that delivers even greater value to marketers using its platform. The agentic solution allows marketers to ask questions in natural language and surface the latest insights from two-way conversations across marketing, sales and customer service. These conversations are rich and complex, spanning multiple channels and interaction turns. Built using Amazon Bedrock's secure, managed environment, with the flexibility to switch between AI models and support for future multimodal inputs, the solution is enterprise-grade, scalable and designed to evolve.

As a conversational commerce solution, Aisha allows customers to interact in natural language, with the system understanding intent and surfacing tailored product recommendations. With enterprise-grade infrastructure, including built-in security, guardrails and feedback mechanisms, Aisha enables fast prototyping and real-world validation, helping retailers move from concept to market with speed and confidence.

With continued investment and support, DiUS is scaling its generative AI capability, both in the solutions it delivers and in how they're developed. DiUS employees are working with the latest AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock Agents and the Amazon Nova foundation models, to build secure, scalable, production-ready applications.

DiUS is also investing in upskilling across the software development lifecycle to equip teams to build generative AI-native applications and use generative tools to accelerate speed, productivity and value.
