Julian Fadini: Gen Z women are leading a quiet revolution in property investment

Announcement posted by Invigorate PR 24 Jul 2025

Australia's next wave of serious property investors is young, ambitious and overwhelmingly female. According to business and property investment expert, Julian Fadini, there has been a marked increase in property investment enquiries from Gen Z women over the last 12 months, a trend he said is reshaping the future of the market.

"Young women understand the wealth creation opportunities of property. They have been born into an era where they have seen high risk crypto assets go up and then down and want the stability and low risk of property but with the decent growth and returns over time," Fadini said.

Julian Fadini is a respected property strategist and founder of PRPTY360, the nation's leading property investment advisory helping hundreds of Australians to grow their wealth through clever property acquisition.

Gen Z women taking control of their financial future

Fadini said women under 30 are driving the highest number of new investment enquiries and are no longer waiting for the 'right time' or 'right person' to take control of their wealth.

"These women are self-driven. They're not relying on a partner or family to start investing, they are  informed, proactive and ready to build wealth now," Fadini said.

Fadini works with investors from all areas of the market.  He is also well known for working with many of the country's profile sporting personalities including up and coming NRL and NRLW players.

Where they're investing: regions set for long-term growth

Fadini said the smartest Gen Z investors are targeting high-growth regional areas rather than expensive inner-city suburbs. The key, he said, is to invest in locations set to benefit from major infrastructure projects, new transport links, industrial hubs and estate developments with strong population forecasts.

"We're guiding these young investors towards places like the Hunter, Geelong, Ipswich, Ballarat, Cairns, Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay and parts of outer Perth and Adelaide," he said.

"These are areas where population is set to surge, where billion-dollar road and rail projects are underway and where lifestyle demand is booming. They offer great rental yields, room for capital growth and lower entry points."

A generation of women who are investing with purpose

Fadini said Gen Z women are choosing strategy over sentiment. Many are rentvesting, renting where they want to live but investing in areas they can afford and they're doing so with clear goals in mind.

"They're not emotionally attached to the idea of a dream home. They're focused on future security. For many, it's about freedom, choice and living life on their own terms," he said.

Education and independence behind the trend

He believes access to financial education via social media, podcasts and online communities has played a huge role in helping women understand how to build wealth through property.

"These women are sharp. They're asking the right questions, reading the market carefully and not falling for hype. They're building solid portfolios with long-term growth in mind.

"My role is to help them pick the location with the strongest growth and then find the ideal property that will generate the most yield," Fadini said.

What this means for the market

Fadini said the rise of young female investors is a welcome shift that will have lasting impact on the real estate landscape.

"This is no longer an industry driven by old-school investors. Gen Z women are shaping the future of the market and doing it with intelligence, confidence and resilience," he said.

"They're setting themselves up early and that's going to pay off in a big way."
