With more than 15 years' experience leading strategic data management, Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics functions, Mills brings deep expertise in cloud data platform modernisation, data migration, data visualisation and analytics and AI initiatives across complex enterprise environments. He previously held senior roles as Head of Insights, Data & Analytics at Techtronic Industries and as Co-Founder and Principal Consultant for Melbourne-based data and analytics consultancy, AtoBI.

At BoomData, Mills will play a key role in guiding clients through data modernisation journeys, instrumental in growing BoomData's Snowflake capabilities, while also leading initiatives spanning Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI and AI-enabled data ecosystems.
