Advanced Hair Studio has appointed its newest ambassador, Olympic gold medallist, and Australian sporting legend Leisel Jones OAM, who has joined forces with the global hair restoration leader to share her personal journey with hair loss and inspire others to seek support and solutions to tour Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Advanced Hair Clinics next week.

Leisel, known for her strength in the pool and her courage beyond it, has chosen to speak publicly about her experience with hair thinning—a condition that affects millions of women worldwide but is often left unspoken. In partnering with Advanced Hair Clinic, she aims to break the stigma and encourage open conversations around hair health and self-esteem.

"I've faced many challenges in my life, but hair loss was one I didn't expect," said Jones. "It impacted my confidence in ways I hadn't anticipated. Says the four-time Olympian, "the process for me started with a thorough evaluation of hair metric, and in my case,  my doctor selected SCIPRP treatment which utilises your own platelets to stimulate hair follicles, followed by laser therapy program and nutraceuticals ."

Leisel started the journey with Advanced Hair Studio only 2.5 months ago and says she - like many others - was not aware that AHS had treatment options available specifically for women.
