HI-VIEW COMPLETES BOREALIS PROPERTY ACQUISITION

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, SEPTEMBER 24th, 2025 - HI-VIEW RESOURCES INC. 

("HI-VIEW" OR THE "COMPANY") (CSE: HVW; OTC: HVWRF; FSE: B63) announces that, 

further to it news release dated August 28, 2025, the Company has completed the acquisition of the 

Borealis Project in the Toodoggone District of north-central British Columbia (the "Acquisition"). The 

Company acquired the Borealis Project from Coast Copper Corp. ("Coast Copper") pursuant to the terms 

and conditions of an asset purchase agreement dated August 27, 2025 (the "APA") entered into between 

the Company and Coast Copper.
