Announcement posted by WithYouWithMe 25 Sep 2025

Australia, September 2025 - Workforce intelligence company WithYouWithMe (WYWM) announced its Top Global Impact Partners, highlighting the organisations that have helped almost 20,000 individuals from underrepresented communities access meaningful skilling and career opportunities.

Since launching its social impact program, WYWM has supported more than 125,000 people worldwide through free skills mapping, career matching, digital training, and career pathways. Of these, almost 20,000 individuals have been directly supported thanks to WYWM's commercial customers — proving that workforce transformation and social good can go hand in hand.

The following organisations have been recognised as WYWM's Top Global Impact Partners for their role in creating lasting social change over the last three-year reporting period:

Australia

  • Leidos Australia
  • Monash University
  • BAE Systems
  • KPMG
  • Endeavour Group Limited

UK

  • Leonardo (UK)
  • Northrop Grumman (UK)
  • Atos (UK & US)

Together, these partners have unlocked opportunities for thousands of individuals, proving that investing in people can create benefits for both organisations and society.

WYWM provides its workforce intelligence platform to many of the world's leading organisations to help them map, understand and grow the skills of their people. Commercial investment in WYWM's software and services directly fuels its social impact program, providing free, world-class training to career shifters from underrepresented groups such as military veterans, indigenous, youth and neurodiverse demographics.

Tom Larter, CEO of WithYouWithMe: "WithYouWithMe is driven by the belief that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. To date, our program has supported over 125,000 people into training and career opportunities. Of those, almost 20,000 individuals have been supported directly through the backing of our customers — who are proving that doing good and doing business are not mutually exclusive.

"Our partners are not only solving critical skills gaps for their own organisations, they are also breaking down barriers for veterans, neurodivergent individuals, Indigenous communities, refugees, women returning to work, and many others. This is a powerful model where solving real workforce skill and talent shortages also contributes to a large social issue."

Michael Herron, CEO, Atos UK&I: "We're really proud of this recognition from WithYouWithMe and what it represents for the 1,147 individuals who now have access to meaningful digital careers. This partnership demonstrates our commitment to embedding social value at the heart of our business, and inspires us to expand our efforts in breaking down barriers for underrepresented communities going forwards"

Nerys Thomas, VP of Talent Development & Change, Leonardo: "Being recognised as a Top Global Impact Partner reflects Leonardo's commitment to investing in innovation and people. Through our partnership with WithYouWithMe, we've shown that an aptitude and skills-based hiring approach, looking at someone's potential over experience, can simultaneously address workforce shortages and offer life-changing opportunities for veterans, service leavers, and neurodiverse talent. This approach is shaping a more agile and inclusive workforce, while also developing the key skills that will deliver long-term capability and growth across the defence industry. It's an impact we're proud of and one we're determined to grow."

Michael Salas, Chief Information and Digital Officer, BAE Systems Australia: "We are honoured to be recognised as a Top Global Impact Partner by WithYouWithMe. This partnership reflects our deep commitment to empowering veterans with meaningful career opportunities and integrating their unique skills, leadership, and resilience into the heart of our business. Together, we're building a workforce that values service, diversity, and long-term impact."

Caroline Dawson, Vice President Land and Sea Systems, Leidos Australia: "We're very proud to be recognised by WYWM in this way. Thanks to WYWM, we have been able to recruit team members who are a great cultural fit and are primed to learn, grow and make real, tangible, contributions to the work we do saving lives, protecting national interests, and advancing the Australian way of life."

"Our initial trial partnership with WYWM, which focused on cyber career pathways, has been so successful that we recently extended and expanded it to cover our entire organisation. We're looking forward to leveraging the skills WYWM's talented candidates deliver for our customers, while also offering career opportunities to underrepresented groups - it's a true win-win."

Matt Kahl, Senior People Partner, Endeavour Group: "It's humbling to realise that by supporting our own team, we are also helping WithYouWithMe to build the careers of others."

Dan Maslin, Group Chief Information Security Officer, Monash University: "We're committed to continue the partnership with WYWM and spruik the benefits of focusing on people's skills and potential over experience, making jobs more accessible to those that are typically underrepresented in the IT sector."
