JWW Capital invests in Melbourne Motor Show owner Park Lane Global as event eyes global expansion

JWW Capital, the private investment office of Australian entrepreneur and investor Jordan Walsh, has made a strategic investment in Park Lane Global, the holding company behind two of Australia's most prestigious automotive events - the Melbourne Motor Show and Auto Classica. 

The investment marks a significant milestone for the Melbourne Motor Show, which is held annually each April at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, and for Auto Classica, the country's newest premier celebration of classic and collectible vehicles, scheduled to be hosted at the Royal Exhibition Building in October 2026. 

The partnership also signals bold international ambitions for the group, with early plans underway to launch a flagship motor show in Dubai in 2028, positioning the Melbourne-born brand on the global automotive events stage. 

Melbourne Motor Show Managing Director Craig Phinn said the investment from JWW Capital would accelerate the event's long-term growth and international aspirations.
