Australia's largest celebration of health, wellness and spirituality returns to Sydney this March, as the MindBodySpirit Festival brings four days of inspiration, connection and conscious living to the heart of the city.

With Harmony Day (21 March) and Harmony Week (16 - 22 March), taking place during the Festival, this year's Sydney event offers a timely reminder of the power of community, inclusivity and shared wellbeing - values at the core of the MindBodySpirit Festival experience.

Adding to the program is special guest speaker Tom Cronin, Founder of The Stillness Project. After spending 26 years in global finance markets as one of Australia's leading bond and swap brokers, Tom experienced a personal crisis that led him to discover meditation, a turning point that transformed his life.

Now the Founder of The Stillness Project, Tom is on a mission to inspire one billion people to sit in stillness daily. A global speaker, author of six books and producer of the hit film The Portal, Tom has worked with organisations including Amazon, Qantas, UBS and Coca-Cola. At the Festival, Tom will explore the powerful shift from "me" to "we", and what this means for personal wellbeing and the future of humanity.
