CPRA names Influencing as a Principal Partner for 2026 Conference

Announcement posted by Influencing 22 Apr 2026

Communication and Public Relations Australia (CPRA) today announced Influencing as a Principal Partner of the CPRA Conference 2026, being held on Wednesday 18 November at Marvel Stadium, Melbourne.

The partnership brings together two organisations at the forefront of the communication and PR industry; one setting the professional standard for the sector, and one reshaping how news is made, shared, and discovered.

There is a natural alignment with CPRA Conference 2026's theme 'Reimagine, Redefine, Refocus: Leading a future of trusted communication'. As AI and technology continues to transform how communication professionals work, Influencing sits at the intersection of those conversations.

Louise Harland-Cox, CEO of CPRA, welcomed the partnership.

"Influencing is exactly the kind of partner we want alongside us at the conference. The way they're building tools for communicators and journalists to work better together speaks directly to what we're exploring in 2026: how we use technology responsibly, and how we protect the trust that makes this profession matter. We're excited to have them with us."

Phil Sim, Founder and CEO of Influencing, said:

"We've made it our mission this year to help the PR industry navigate the tumultuous changes wrought by AI and technological change. So we're delighted to support CPRA's 2026 Conference because its focus on helping PR professionals to "Reimagine, Redefine and Refocus" is very much in line with what our media engagement platform, Influencing, has been designed to achieve. We think the conference will be an unmissable event for the PR fraternity, and we couldn't be prouder to lend our support."

The CPRA Conference 2026 will bring together 200+ communication and PR professionals from corporate, agency, government, not-for-profit, and education sectors to reimagine how we work with technology, redefine what responsible influence looks like, and refocus on the craft that earns trust.
