Australia's leading nervous system specialist and psychotherapist Tracy Whitton—known as The Vagus Nerve Whisperer— is touring Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Brisbane with a series of live events designed to help Australians understand the language of their nervous system and move from survival into safety and repair.
Select events will be held in partnership with Gwinganna Retreat & Spa, offering a unique opportunity to experience Tracy's work within one of Australia's most awarded wellness destinations.
At the heart of Tracy's work is the understanding that the nervous system is always communicating—through subtle signals, sensations, patterns, and responses that most people have never been taught to recognise. Her approach supports individuals in reconnecting to that inner language and restoring a sense of safety within the body.
With over 30 years of study and lived practice in Buddhist philosophy and more than two decades of experience across therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed somatic therapies, and craniosacral therapy, Tracy brings a deeply integrative and embodied approach to healing.
Through her signature framework, the Vagus Whisper Process, Tracy teaches participants how to listen to the subtle "whispers" of their nervous system—rather than override or push through them. Her work focuses on bottom-up (body-led) healing, supporting the restoration of safety, regulation, and deep repair within the autonomic nervous system.
In addition to her formal training, Tracy works intuitively as a clairvoyant and claircognizant, sensing subtle patterns and responding with precision and attunement—always held within a grounded, ethical, trauma-aware therapeutic framework.
Says Tracy, "The nervous system is always communicating with us—but most people have never been taught how to listen. We've been conditioned to push through, override, and keep going, yet the body heals through safety, not force. The vagus nerve is constantly sending signals of safety or survival throughout the body. When we choose to pause and begin to understand its language, we can shift out of chronic stress and into a state where the body can finally rest, repair, and heal."
Each live event offers a blend of teaching, embodied practices, and experiential learning designed to make nervous system regulation practical and accessible in everyday life.
Attendees will experience:
• A deeper understanding of the vagus nerve and nervous system communication
• Insight into stress, trauma patterns, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
• Practical tools to regulate and support the nervous system
• An introduction to the Vagus Whisper Process
• A supportive and inclusive environment for personal and professional growth
VIP ticket holders will receive a signed copy of Tracy's book 365 Days of Nervous System Care, along with a meet-and-greet with Tracy Whitton.
