Nominations open for the 2026 Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards, as workforce pressures reshape talent strategies

Announcement posted by The Employee Mobility Institute 02 Jun 2026

As organisations across Australia and New Zealand navigate growing workforce complexity, skills shortages and increased pressure to mobilise talent quickly, the professionals responsible for shaping how talent is sourced, deployed and governed — while mitigating organisational risk — have become more critical than ever to business success.

The Employee Mobility Institute and Quest Apartment Hotels, a member of The Ascott Limited, opened nominations today for the 2026 Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards, recognising excellence across workforce strategy, talent mobility and global hiring, as well as the partner ecosystems supporting these functions.

HR leaders, talent mobility specialists, talent acquisition professionals, and suppliers servicing the workforce management industry - including corporate housing, relocation, immigration and tax consultants - are encouraged to nominate at www.questtemiawards.com.au.

Now in its eighth year, the awards celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations helping businesses access talent, maintain operations and create positive employee experiences in an increasingly constrained labour market.

"TEMi and Quest are proud to provide a platform for practitioners to be recognised for their work and commitment to the talent mobility sector," TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said.

"As organisations navigate increasing complexity in how talent is sourced, moved and supported, the role of mobility professionals has never been more critical."

"It's important that we take the time to acknowledge exceptional work and continue to raise the bar for best practice in our field. This awards programme not only offers practitioners going above and beyond in their roles the recognition that they deserve, it also showcases industry excellence, and enables valuable knowledge sharing and collaboration across the sector."

Managing Director, The Ascott Limited, Australasia, David Mansfield, said Quest was proud to be the naming rights partner once again of the Quest TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards.

"Quest works closely with organisations supporting employee relocations across Australia, and we see firsthand the level of coordination, care and expertise required to deliver positive outcomes for both businesses and their people. These Awards provide an important opportunity to recognise the professionals who consistently deliver that experience."

"We are proud to acknowledge and celebrate our colleagues' achievements, contributions and dedication to talent mobility."
