# EX-BUSINESS PARTNER AND VICTIM JAMIE MCINTYRE WILL HOLD A MEDIA CONFERENCE AT 6PM, FRIDAY 12 JUNE 2026 AT LUX PROPERTY'S HOTEL K IN SEMINYAK ( 8PM FRIDAY SYDNEY TIME)

# MARINA BAY CITY HAS BEEN REBRANDED AS NESARA BAY CITY AFTER CAMPBELL REFUSED TO HAND OVER DEVELOPMENT ASSETS. THE ORIGINAL WEBSITE HAS NOW BEEN REPLACED.

# CAMPBELL IS DESPERATE TO CONCEAL HIS PAST BUSINESS HISTORY. HE HAS OBATINED PRIVATE INJUNCTIONS PROHIBITING JAMIE MCINTYRE (UNTIL 30 JUNE 2026) FROM DISCLOSING CAMPBELL'S PAST BUSINESS HISTORY

LUX Property Group founder and owner of the original Marina Bay City development and trademark in Lombok, Bali, Jamie McIntyre, has relaunched the development as Nesara Bay City with a new master plan that will comprise a hotel, 43 villas, a wellness café, pool, ice bath and sauna facilities as well as a restaurant.

Stage two of Nesara Bay City will include an additional five residential estates with hundreds of villas and hotel apartments, and plans are also proceeding for a convention centre and commercial / retail town centre.

Representative for Mr McIntyre, Publicist Max Markson, said the rebrand comes after he ceased all business relations with prior CEO Adrian Campbell. Jamie has ascertained that 30 investors mistakenly thought they were purchasing a property at the Marina Bay City precinct and he wants to get to the bottom of how these mistakes were made.

Initial site works have now recommenced on Nesara Bay City, and Mr Markson said McIntyre will update investors and media at a news conference at 6pm Friday 12 June at Hotel K in Seminyak, Bali (8pm Sydney time).

After Jamie McIntyre cut ties with Campbell, Jamie widely published numerous detailed statements concerning Campbell's business history. He mentioned the Office of Fair Trading in Queensland, Australia.

Campbell then went privately to the Federal Court of Australia and obtained orders that prevent Jamie - but only until 30 June 2026 - from disclosing matters relating to Campbell's past business history. To obtain this order, Campbell read his affidavit in Court - in Jamie's absence. In this affidavit, Campbell deposed, on oath and at risk of committing perjury:

I [Adrian Campbell] was not involved in any case in 2018 or any other time and ordered to pay fines and compensation for $500,000 or any amount of money.

I [Adrian Campbell] am not aware of any ''dossier" or complaint having been submitted to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading about me. I am informed by my Australian solicitors at Marino Law, and verily believe, that on their inquiry no such dossier had been received by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.

In Campbell's Australian Court proceedings and even in his sworn affidavit, he did not give his Thailand address and, instead, gave two false residential addresses in Australia (one belonging to his elderly parents in central Victoria).

As a result of this sworn evidence, Justice Derrington made an order prohibiting Jamie from publishing (until 30 June 2026) any material conveying, in substance, a representation that:

  1. Adrian Campbell is, or has ever been, the subject of an investigation, prosecution, charge, or adverse finding by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading or any other Australian regulator or law enforcement agency; or
  2. Adrian Campbell has previously been the subject of criminal prosecution or been convicted of any criminal or regulatory offence.

Jamie McIntyre understands and respects Justice Derrington's order and the respects the courts of Australia and Indonesia. Jamie is looking forward to the expiry of the Judge's order and the opportunity of contesting Campbell's proceedings - Jamie will be applying on 20 August 2026 to have them dismissed.

Consequently, Markson says he will not publish any material on those topics until 1 July 2026.

Says Markson, "I have worked with Jamie for many years and arranged with him to bring Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Richard Branson and author of 'Four Hour Work Week' Tim Ferris, to Australia on tour."

LUX Property Group is now in full control of the Nesara Bay City development and Markson confirmed that expressions of interest in the precinct are now open.
