Women Love Travel Celebrates First Birthday as Game Changers Marks Ten Years with Travel-Focused 20th Series

Where women wander, magic follows

SYDNEY, 24 July 2026 — Women Love Travel™, the fast-growing, women-led digital title celebrating the way women experience the world, is celebrating its first birthday — capping a milestone year that has seen the brand join the newly launched Women Love Network™.

Founded by award-winning publisher and former Editor-in-Chief of The Australian Women's Weekly, Robyn Foyster, Women Love Travel launched in May 2025 with a mission to inspire women to travel with freedom, confidence and authentic connection. Designed by women, for women, the title has spent its first year covering everything from luxury and sustainable travel to wellness escapes, cruising, food, culture and solo adventures — always told with a first-person lens and an insider's eye.

In just twelve months, Women Love Travel has built a multi-generational community of culturally curious women aged 45 plus — 78 per cent of whom are the primary travel decision-makers in their households — reflecting an industry in which women drive more than 80 per cent of all travel decisions globally, and in which solo female travel ranks among the fastest-growing segments.

The birthday follows the March 2026 launch of the Women Love Network™, which unites five titles under one banner: Women Love Travel™, Women Love Tech™, Women Love Wellness™ (also launched in May 2025), The Carousel™ and Game Changers™. While the network banner is new, its story began 12 years ago with the launch of The Carousel — the founding title of Foyster Media — making it one of Australia's most established and engaged digital destinations for women.

To mark the double celebration, Foyster has announced that the 20th series of Game Changers — her acclaimed podcast and video series, now in its tenth year — will focus on leaders in the travel industry. The series will feature candid conversations with the trailblazers shaping the future of travel, from tourism chiefs and hoteliers to sustainability pioneers and aviation leaders. The series launches with Bill Bensley, the visionary designer behind some of the world's most extraordinary hotels and a leading voice in sustainable luxury. One of the most recent Game Changers episode featured Nick Downing, who led The Siam in Bangkok to international acclaim and has been appointed General Manager of The Langham, Custom House, Bangkok, opening late 2026 — a fitting preview of the travel leadership stories to come.

"It's not about where she goes — it's about who she becomes along the way," said Foyster. "Turning one is a big moment for Women Love Travel, and it felt only fitting to celebrate by turning the spotlight on the travel industry itself. Ten years and twenty series of Game Changers is a milestone I'm incredibly proud of, and launching the new series with the one and only Bill Bensley sets the tone perfectly — bold, creative and passionate about the future of travel."

Travel brands, tourism boards and industry leaders interested in partnership, and interview opportunities are invited to get in touch.
