James Sackl : Podcast: Diary of a ADHD strategist

"Pattern recognition is not the ability to see the answer. It is the ability to translate what you see into something other people can build."

"These look like separate fields. The method is the same. Identify the constraint. Strip away the inherited assumptions. Build the system that ought to exist."
