SolidBlue and Xenith IG Strengthen Digital Infrastructure to Support BeFa’s AI-Ready Industrial Estate
Announcement posted by Hotwire PR 28 Aug 2026
BALI, 28 August 2026 — The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), data centers, cloud computing, automation, and smart manufacturing is reshaping infrastructure requirements across industrial estates. Investors today require more than land, power, water, and logistics access; they also need reliable and secure digital connectivity that can scale alongside their business needs.
In response to this shift, PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (BeFa) continues to enhance the readiness of its industrial estate in Bekasi, West Java, to support the growth of technology driven industries and future investment.
As part of this initiative, SolidBlue, through PT Kawasan Lintas Biru Digital (KLBD), which develops digital connectivity infrastructure within the BeFa industrial estate, has entered intoa strategic collaboration with PT XenithIG Indonesia Network (Xenith IG) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The collaboration aims to enhance the estate's digital network capabilities while providing broader access to digital infrastructure along the Jakarta-Cikampek corridor.
The signing took place as part of the MoU Signing Ceremony themed "Powering The AI Ready Industrial Ecosystem - Power, Connection, Assured," held on Thursday, 27 August 2026, at Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Bali.
From Tenant Needs to Future-Ready Digital Infrastructure
Modern-day AI innovation and digital transformation requirements are placing new IT demands upon companies operating within industrial estates. Digital connectivity is now an increasing critical component of the infrastructure stack necessary to support organisations' business operations and customer expectations.
This shift is driving BeFa to develop an industrial estate that goes beyond conventional utilities by providing digital infrastructure capable of supporting industries that demand higher levels of reliability and scalability. This initiative is also part of the development of BeFa Digital Town, a dedicated area being prepared to support the growth of AI, data centers, cloud computing, digital manufacturing, and other future-oriented technologies.
Within this development, SolidBlue plays a key role in building the foundation of digital connectivity across the BeFa industrial estate, while its collaboration with Xenith IG extends these capabilities by connecting the estate to a broader digital infrastructure ecosystem. The partnership is designed to deliver a network that is reliable, scalable, secure, and resilient, with the flexibility to grow alongside the requirements of AI, cloud computing, data centers, IoT, and other industrial applications.
"For investors, what matters most is the certainty that their infrastructure requirements can be met to the required quality standards and within the expected timeframe. Through this collaboration, BeFa ensures the integrated readiness of power, connectivity, water, and other supporting infrastructure. For us, being AI-ready means providing tenants with that certainty from day one of their investment," said Leo Yulianto Sutedja, President Director of BeFa.
SolidBlue-Xenith IG Connect the Estate to a Broader Digital Ecosystem
For SolidBlue, the partnership with XenithIG represents the next step in building connectivity that extends beyond the boundaries of the industrial estate and connects it to strategic digital networks along key industrial and data center corridors.
"SolidBlue is here to build a connectivity foundation that can grow alongside our tenants' needs. Our collaboration with Xenith IG enables us to provide broader network access, giving the estate the digital infrastructure required to support the future growth of AI, cloud computing, data centers, and other industrial applications," said SolidBlue.
Meanwhile, Noah Drake, CEO of Xenith IG, said "Xenith IG is excited to collaborate with SolidBlue on the design and deployment of the fiber optic network within the BeFa industrial estate, supporting the resilience and scalability requirements of AI workloads and hyperscalers.
The partnership will also provide tenants with on-net access to Xenith IG's more than 650kilometers of metro dark fiber network, featuring diverse routes and low-latency connectivity to key digital infrastructure hubs along the Jakarta-Cikampek corridor."
The collaboration underscores a shared objective between the participating partners to create greater value for tenants and strengthen the overall competitiveness of the industrial estate.
