AWS Advanced Partner base2Services Completes Independent APRA CPS 230 Assessment

Melbourne, Australia - 24th September 2026 - base2Services, a global Cloud Delivery, Operations and Management provider and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Tier Services Partner, has been independently assessed against APRA Prudential Standard CPS 230 - Operational Risk Management, strengthening its assurance framework for customers operating in regulated environments.

CPS 230 is the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority's standard for operational risk management. It requires regulated organisations to manage operational risk, maintain critical operations through disruption and manage the risks associated with the service providers they rely on.

For organisations relying on cloud and managed services, this places increased importance on the operational practices of their technology partners.

The independent assessment reviewed the way base2Services approaches operational risk management, business continuity and resilience, service provider governance, and controls and accountability across the services it delivers.
