Sydney's Reset Button: MindBodySpirit Festival Returns for Four Days of Calm and Connection

Announcement posted by Exhibitions & Events Australia 01 Oct 2026

Event Dates: 8–11 October 2026 Venue: International Convention Centre Sydney Tickets: Free

Australia's largest celebration of health, wellness and spirituality returns to Sydney this October, bringing four days of inspiring talks, interactive experiences, natural health, spiritual discovery and conscious living to the International Convention Centre Sydney.

From 8-11 October, visitors can explore more than 130 exhibitors, hear from inspiring speakers, take part in free experiences and discover everything from natural remedies and crystals to skincare, healthy food, holistic therapies and spiritual practices.

Whether you're looking to learn something new, discover products to support your wellbeing, explore spirituality or simply take some time out, the MindBodySpirit Festival offers plenty to see, experience and explore at your own pace.

INSPIRATION FROM THE MAIN STAGE

This year's Main Stage MC is Scott Wallace, a breathwork facilitator, coach and speaker who has hosted, facilitated and spoken at hundreds of workshops, retreats, festivals, conferences and live events across Australia and internationally.

Featured speaker Nartarsha Bamblett, a proud Yorta Yorta woman, entrepreneur, cultural trainer and mentor, will bring her perspective on connection, cultural understanding and collective wellbeing. As founder of Queen Acknowledgements and IndigUcation, Nartarsha combines storytelling, cultural education and holistic wellbeing to create spaces for reflection, healing and reconnection.

EXPERIENCES TO PAUSE, PARTICIPATE AND RECONNECT

For visitors looking to get more hands-on, the Festival's Ceremony Space offers free guided experiences including Tai Chi and meditation, laughter, somatic movement, Mugwort Tea Ceremony and sound healing.

The Healing Hub will also offer free sessions and treatments including Traditional Bush Medicine Massage, facial massage, red light therapy, Reiki and vibroacoustic therapy.

Ceremony Space and Healing Hub sessions are free with a Festival ticket and available on a first come, first served basis.

DISCOVER SOMETHING NEW

Beyond the stages and experiences, visitors can browse more than 130 exhibitors across health and wellness, spirituality, natural therapies, food and beverages, skincare, aromatherapy, crystals and minerals, jewellery, books, supplements and fitness.

From natural remedies and essential oils to healthy foods, spiritual tools and self-care products, the Festival brings together a diverse mix of products, practitioners and experiences under one roof.
