Epson brings quality commercial label and receipt printing to Food & Hospitality Queensland 2026

Announcement posted by Epson Australia 08 Oct 2026

Epson will exhibit at Food & Hospitality Queensland 2026 on Stand D36 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from Monday 12 to Tuesday 13 October, showing a suite of commercial label and receipt printers built for the operational realities of food service, hospitality and retail.

The show floor is where the sector's margins get discussed and Epson's stand speaks to specific pressure points. A hospitality business survives on throughput, compliance and presentation and all three depend on printing that works on time, every time. A mislabelled prep container creates a food safety problem. A slow receipt printer creates a queue. An unreadable label on a takeaway can mean a remake. Epson's presence at the show is about removing those points of failure while adding a marketing capability most venues have never had in house.

Colour labels that change how products are presented and tracked

The ColorWorks CW-C4010 and CW-C6510 headline the stand and together they represent the shift from black and white thermal labels to full colour, on-demand printing.

ColorWorks CW-C4010

The CW-C4010 is a compact colour label printer designed for mid-volume work without demanding significant bench space. For a cafe, bakery or catering operation, it turns label production into a one-step process. Branded labels, use-by and date-coded packaging, allergen information, product identification and retail-ready goods can be printed on demand rather than ordered in bulk from an external supplier.

The CW-C6510 extends that capability to higher volume and wider format work. It is built for operations requiring larger runs, whether that is a food manufacturer supplying the hospitality trade, a central production kitchen supporting multiple venues, or a business whose labelling needs have outgrown their current equipment.

The value to food and hospitality operators is straightforward and immediate. Bulk label runs mean committed stock, minimum order quantities and a lead time that does not respond to a menu change. On-demand colour printing means a limited-time offer, a seasonal product or a new compliance requirement can be live the same day. For venues selling packaged goods, a professionally printed colour label also lifts perceived quality in a way a plain thermal sticker cannot.

TM-m30III

The TM-m30III is a next-generation mobile point-of-sale receipt printer and it addresses the direction the industry is already moving. Ordering now happens at the table, at a food truck window, at a pop-up bar and across a festival site and the printer has to go where the transaction happens rather than sitting behind a fixed counter.

The TM-m30III supports that model with a compact footprint and flexible connectivity and it delivers the speed and reliability of print quality that operators depend on during a peak service. Fewer jams, fewer dropouts and fewer interruptions at the point of sale directly affect queue times and staff stress during the busiest hours of the week.

TM-L100

The TM-L100 handles the other half of the operational picture. It is a liner-free label printer built to produce adhesive labels for order tracking, bag tags, cup labels and takeaway order identification. Liner-free printing means no backing paper to peel, strip or dispose of, which reduces consumable waste and speeds up every label applied in a busy kitchen. At venues where order accuracy and speed of service determine repeat business, that matters.

Epson participates at Food & Hospitality Queensland because the buyers who walk the floor in Brisbane are the people who decide what equipment a venue runs every day. Owners, operators, general managers and food and beverage leaders make purchasing choices that have to survive a Friday night service, a Christmas function season and a full trading year, not just a demonstration.

Epson's presence at trade events like this gives operators the chance to test technology before they invest. Attendees can print real labels, compare colour and thermal output, assess receipt printer performance and discuss the practical realities of consumable costs, POS integration, food compliance and production volumes with Epson experts. With Queensland food and hospitality businesses facing rising wages, volatile supply costs and labour shortages, technology that reduces waste, lowers outsourced printing costs, speeds service and enables in-house production of branded packaging is becoming an operational necessity rather than a nice-to-have.

Epson experts will be available on Stand D36 across both days of the show to run through the range and discuss how each device fits a specific business.

Tickets for Food & Hospitality Queensland 2026 are available through the show's registration page. Visitors who enter "Epson" in the promo code field when registering will receive a complimentary pass.

Epson will be on Stand D36 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Monday 12 October from 9am to 5pm and Tuesday 13 October from 9am to 5pm.
