Healthstin Delivers Personalised NDIS Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Across Australia

Announcement posted by Healthstin 09 Oct 2026

Australia — Access to the right allied health support can play an important role in helping people living with disability work towards greater mobility, physical capacity, participation and independence.

Healthstin is supporting NDIS participants across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia through personalised NDIS Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services, delivered by experienced allied health professionals.

With clinics in Sans Souci and Hurstville in NSW; Brimbank and Melton in Victoria; Elizabeth and Salisbury in South Australia; and Belmont in Western Australia, Healthstin provides participants with access to allied health services in locations designed to make movement and rehabilitation more accessible.

NDIS Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Where Participants Need It

Healthstin understands that travelling to a clinic may not always be practical for people living with disability.

In addition to its physical clinic locations, Healthstin provides home and community visits and telehealth services, allowing participants to receive support in environments that are relevant to their everyday lives.

Depending on individual needs and availability, sessions can take place at home, in the community, at a Healthstin clinic or remotely through telehealth.

Healthstin NDIS Clinic Locations

Participants can access Healthstin's allied health services at:

Sans Souci, NSW - Healthstin Sans Souci Clinic

Hurstville, NSW - Healthstin Hurstville Clinic

Brimbank / Keilor Downs, VIC - Healthstin Brimbank Clinic

Melton, VIC - Healthstin Melton Clinic

Elizabeth, SA - Healthstin Elizabeth Clinic

Salisbury, SA - Healthstin Salisbury Clinic

Belmont, WA - Healthstin Belmont Clinic

Many of Healthstin's clinics are located within or alongside aquatic and leisure facilities, providing access to spaces such as gyms, hydrotherapy pools and private consultation areas.

Personalised NDIS Physiotherapy

Healthstin's NDIS Physiotherapists work with participants experiencing mobility limitations, pain, injuries, reduced strength and other physical challenges.

Depending on the participant's individual needs and goals, physiotherapy may involve movement-based therapy, tailored exercise programs, rehabilitation strategies, functional assessments and education.

The focus is on helping participants work towards meaningful functional goals and participate more confidently in everyday activities.

NDIS Exercise Physiology for Building Physical Capacity

Exercise Physiology complements Physiotherapy by focusing on structured exercise and long-term physical capacity.

Healthstin's Exercise Physiologists develop personalised programs that may target strength, endurance, balance, mobility, functional capacity and confidence with movement.

Programs can be adapted to the participant's abilities, condition, environment and goals, with services available in clinics, at home, in the community or through telehealth.

Bringing Allied Health Closer to Participants

For a NDIS participant, accessing therapy should not necessarily mean navigating long distances or unfamiliar environments.

Healthstin's combination of clinic-based services, mobile allied health and telehealth is designed to provide greater flexibility for participants and their families.

Whether a participant is located in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth or surrounding service areas, Healthstin can help determine the most appropriate service and delivery option based on individual circumstances and availability.

Supporting Individual NDIS Goals

No two participants have exactly the same needs.

For some, the goal may be improving mobility around the home. For others, it could be building strength, improving balance, increasing physical activity, managing a physical condition or participating more confidently in the community.

Healthstin takes a participant-centred approach, developing allied health programs around the individual's circumstances and goals.

For NDIS participants and their families, the focus is not simply on receiving a therapy session. It is about finding the right support, in the right location, with a program designed around the person's individual needs.
