SYDNEY, Australia - 12 October 2026 - OneAdvanced, a leading provider of business software, has strengthened its marketing and go-to-market capabilities across Australia and New Zealand, with Brynn Beetge promoted to Go-To-Market (GTM) Director - ANZ and Andrew Inkpen joining the team as Marketing Manager.
The appointments form part of OneAdvanced's continued investment in its ANZ operations as the business strengthens its market presence, customer engagement and supports growth across key sectors including government, education, logistics, mining and manufacturing.
The expanded team will support the company's growing portfolio of technology solutions in the region, including the recent launch of its AI-powered Risk Management Platform, which is designed to simplify the process of identifying, assessing and managing organisational risks.
Sydney-based Beetge joined OneAdvanced in 2024 as APAC Director of Marketing and has led the ANZ marketing team with a focus on accelerating growth through account-based marketing, strategic partnerships, public relations and brand development.
Reporting to Adam Bowles, OneAdvanced's Country Director for Australia and New Zealand, Beetge's new responsibilities include managing the GTM strategy and sales enablement and commercial growth. This involves leading the development and execution of OneAdvanced's ANZ go-to-market strategy across priority products and markets, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth, expanding market opportunities and improving commercial performance.
The role includes defining target markets and ideal customer profiles, strengthening competitive positioning and value propositions, driving sales enablement and SDR effectiveness, and aligning Product, Sales and Marketing around pipeline generation, conversion and sustainable growth.
"I'm looking forward to leading our regional GTM strategy and help shape the next phase of growth across the region," said Beetge.
"Over the past two years, we have continued to build our understanding of the changing needs of our customers and the industries they operate in. This next phase is about bringing our capabilities even closer so that we can turn more of those insights into more initiatives that support our customers' growth."
Beetge brings more than a decade of experience across consulting services, SaaS, financial services, architecture and renewable energy.
He also brings an Environmental, Social, and Governance background to his strategic approach, combining sustainability-led thinking with data-driven marketing and stakeholder engagement to support brand growth.
Joining Beetge in the strengthened ANZ business function is recruit Andrew Inkpen, who has been appointed Marketing Manager.
Reporting to Beetge, Inkpen will play a key role in supporting OneAdvanced's marketing and go-to-market activities across the region, including campaign execution, content development and working closely with the teams in Sydney and Melbourne to bring marketing initiatives to market.
A graduate of the University of Newcastle, Inkpen holds a Bachelor of Business with double majors in Marketing and Management. Prior to joining OneAdvanced, he worked in numerous marketing consultant roles.
His experience and appointment add further marketing capability to OneAdvanced's ANZ team and will support the delivery of campaigns and initiatives aligned with the company's regional growth strategy.
