TechForce Services Adds DevRev to Its Partner Line-Up, Targeting ANZ's AI Support Market

[Sydney]-based Salesforce consultancy TechForce Services has signed on as a DevRev implementation partner, adding the enterprise AI vendor to a partner roster that already includes Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi and Conga.

The partnership gives TechForce a new ANZ services opportunity: implementing and supporting DevRev's enterprise AI platform. Computer, by DevRev, helps employees investigate requests and take authorized action as a conversational AI teammate. For supported, defined customer-support and service-desk requests, DevRev's AI can also autonomously carry permitted work toward resolution within a business's policies, escalating decisions or exceptions to a person with relevant context. TechForce will provide integration and managed support.

It's the latest expansion for a consultancy that has built its business largely around Salesforce delivery since 2015, holding Summit partner status and claiming more than 500 completed projects and over 600 certified specialists across its Australian, UK, Singapore, Indian and US operations. Adding DevRev to that base lets TechForce offer a service desk and support automation option to existing Salesforce clients, giving TechForce another implementation and managed-services offering.

DevRev, founded in 2021 by Nutanix co-founders Dheeraj Pandey and Manoj Agarwal, has raised funding from Khosla Ventures and Mayfield and is valued above US$1.2 billion. The TechForce partnership gives the company a local delivery arm for ANZ customers who want implementation and support handled on the ground.

Terms of the partnership were not disclosed. TechForce said it is taking on new DevRev engagements immediately.
