The joint venture company is Gemini Carbon Australia Pty Ltd. Gemini Carbon Australia will provide: a) Advisory services for large corporates such as mining resource companies, energy companies and trading companies, as well as provide b) Trading capability through Gemini Environmental Markets Ltd.www.geminimarkets.co.uk c) Infrastructure structuring and arranging for Environmental Projects that are carbon friendly d) Consulting/Advisory to natural resource owners to value and deal with carbon assets’ Lindley Edwards, Group CEO of AFG Venture Group said “ this is an important step for our Group and client base as we can now directly access the considerable skills, expertise and experience of Lance Coogan and his team.
