Titan Appoints Gary Smith as Partner

Titan Executive Services has appointed Gary Smith as a Partner. Titan is a high end specialist search company that focuses on IT & T as well as professional services in Asia Pacific.
With ten years? experience in executive search, Gary is a career recruiter, adept at sourcing rare talent, partnering with his clients, and also advising on remuneration, retention strategies and market opportunities. Gary has just returned from a year in Hong Kong where he gained Asian experience to maximise his effectiveness for clients in the region.
Gary joins Titan founder Adam Bate as a Partner. The two have previously worked together in several other International search practices.

Prior to this Gary was in partnership with several former colleagues where he focussed on working closely with ambitious companies to assist with strategic direction and growth, specialising in finding the very best sales, marketing and management talent and building the firm?s research capabilities.
Originally from Britain, Gary was trained in executive search by Hunterskil in London and spent several years focused on the senior echelons of technical recruitment.
In 1995 Gary joined the Asia Pacific?s largest search and selection company, Morgan & Banks where he shifted his focus to sourcing sales, marketing and profit centre management expertise for a range of technology businesses.
After three years he joined Olmec Consulting, a boutique search practice with specialisations in the burgeoning fields of software, consulting services, electronic commerce and telecommunications. During his time there Gary completed many assignments for Sales Directors, Business Development Managers and Managing Directors.
