Halo 2 Midnight Launch Hits Melbourne

Huge demand for the years most anticipated games launch - Halo 2 - means revellers must RSVP at halo2.com.au in order to gain entry to the instore performances at midnight by 28 Days and Eran James.
The midnight performances are the culmination of a night bursting with activities for Halo 2 fans, with revellers invited to come down to Little Bourke Street on Monday 8th from 9pm, to witness a carnivale of street entertainment to celebrate the games launch.
MCd by Radio Novas DJs Michelle and Tim, guests will be treated to a stellar line-up of great entertainment including break-dancing and fire-eating performances, interviews with 28 Days and Eran James as well as appearances and celebrity challenges with local personalities such as Aaron Hamill and Matt Maguire from St Kilda, Damian Cupido and Ricky Dyson from Essendon, as well as Corey Layton (Nova), and singer Rob Millsy Mills. The Radio Nova Ambos will also host crowd competitions throughout the night with cool Xbox gear anyone can win.
The event will cater for those in for the long haul, with free entertainment and refreshments provided right up until the midnight madness when the first 100 purchasers of Halo 2 will receive a special Halo 2 pack including CDs with tracks by 28 Days and Eran James, a Halo 2 backpack filled with limited edition merchandise.
In addition, listeners can tune in each day from November 1 to Nova 100 for a chance to win exclusive prizes including tickets to kick back with the Xbox celebrity ambassadors in the lounge area.
