Integrated High Availability: Ndurant uses Resilience RESlink technology to integrate systems into an iHA solution with no single point of failure. Standard HA relies on a single application layer. Ndurants iHA detects failure at all layers: administration/configuration, application, operating system, I/O drivers and hardware. No matter what fails, Ndurant with iHA automatically provides fail over for continuous security and throughput. When combined with ClusterXL, Ndurant creates the most robust, carrier-class perimeter security solution available.
Carrier Class Performance: Ndurant's Firewall throughput, growing from 2.8 Gbps to 5.3 Gbps is boosted by dual processor architecture to handle bandwidth requirements of carrier class networks. Dual processors optimise performance when running Check Point Application Intelligence deep packet inspection. For maximum scalability, Ndurant security appliances come standard with seven 1 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and 4 Expansion slots for optional LAN interfaces. Ndurants integrate seamlessly with all network architectures.
Self-Configuring: Ndurant is designed for simplicity of installation and maintenance with typical set-up times in fifteen minutes.
