Dog Sled Team

Announcement posted by Switched on Media 20 Apr 2010

Dash through the snow with mans’ best friend and come face to face with polar bears, seals and ptarmigan on this wild dog sled adventure in the Arctic.
The nine-day adventure, from Flight Centre and led by Intrepid Travel, features seven days of dog sledding in Canada’s Northwest Territories on board a sled pulled by 15 to 20 dogs.

Prices start from $7885* per person and include dog sledding instruction, transport by dog sled, the services of a Inuit guide, two nights hotel accommodation, six nights in tent, igloo and multi-share accommodation, and most meals.

Tour starts and ends in Ottawa. Airfares are not included.

Valid for travel from March to June 2010 and odyssey dates are customised to fit in with the traveller’s schedule.
