Cyara Solutions announced this day that Cyara Solution has been recognized as a National Finalist for the 2010 ICSP Most Admired Service Business Award.

Melbourne, 7 Oct 2010, Cyara Solutions announced this day that Cyara Solutions has been recognized as a National Finalist for the 2010 ICSP Most Admired Service Business Award.

International Customer Service Professionals (ICSP), in partnership withFeedback ASAPhave introduced a World First ‘Business 2 Business Service Award.’This Award has formed as part of an International Celebration -International Customer Service Week (ICSW) held from the 4- 8 October 2010.

ICSPhave reached out to over 5000 businesses asking them to nominate the business they believe are theMost Admired Service Businessin Australia and New Zealand and their reasons why. This was collected byFeedback ASAPvia SMS withCyara receiving many favorable nominations.

From there ICSP has presented the nominees to the National Judging panel and have short listed the companies to the top 20 Most Admired Service Businesses.

It was a proud moment for Cyara Solutions to receive the award to be Top 20 finalist of theMost Admired Service Award for 2010. It was humbling experience to share this nomination with global companies such as American Express, ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Wesptac and VirginBlue.
