TC Communications accredited as Australia's first Global VSAT Forum (GVF) Training and VSAT Installation Examination Centre

TC Communications , Australia’s specialist satellite communications company, is pleased to announce their accreditation as Australia’s first GVF Training Centre and the certification of Satellite Engineer, Peter Wade, as a GVF Certified VSAT Installation Examiner.

TC Communications is at the forefront of technological innovations in the satellite communications industry in the SE Asian region – for both Fixed (FSS) and Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) - and views this accreditation as a natural extension of the qualifications it deems necessary in order to maintain this leadership position.

It adds to an already impressive resume which includes being the only Inmarsat Gold Service Provider in Australia; QA qualified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:200; a Ciscopartner; a Member of the Defence Industrial Security Program and a Member of the Defence Recognised Supplier Scheme.

Having recently undertaken major renovations and extensions to cope with ongoing business growth, the refurbished Satellite Training Centre at TC’s Sydney headquarters provides the perfect environment in which to conduct all forms of hands-on VSAT training and accreditation and is already being utilised by current training clients for a wide variety of MSS, VSAT and WGS training courses.
