iMIS 15 Validated as PCI Compliant

Announcement posted by Bench PR 19 Nov 2010

Only Non-Profit Software Solution that Provides Customers with Multiple PCI Compliance Options

Advanced Solutions International (ASI), the largest, privately owned global provider of web-based software for member and donor-based non-profits, today announced that iMIS 15 has been validated as compliant with the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) by the PCI Security Standards Council.

With iMIS 15, customers can opt to store the full credit card number in encrypted form for transactions or only store the gateway transaction number or token. iMIS 15 is the only solution for non-profits that offers both of these options and has also been validated as compliant with the PA-DSS.

“In many cases, larger non-profits need to store the full credit card number for transactions and not just the gateway transaction number because this allows them to reverse or adjust transactions more easily,” said Paul Ramsbottom, managing director, ASI Asia-Pacific. “We are pleased to be able to achieve PA-DSS validation while also offering customers multiple options for PCI compliance.”
