Greentree IQ, powered by Qlikview, Released

A newly enhanced Business Intelligence Module for Greentree Business Management Accounting Software has now been released. The product will known as Greentree IQ creating an even better situation for existing and potential users of Greentree Software.

Background and History

QlikView Product

For the last 4 years Greentree’s Business Intelligence functionalityhas been primarily delivered through “QlikView for Greentree”. During this time QlikView has become the world’s fastest growing BI software and recently became a NASDAQ listed company. Greentree picked a winning product and, combined with the pre-built Greentree models, this solution has been taken on board by a large number of companies throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Once installed QlikView is a highly addictive product, i.e. businesses love the results that it produces for them.

QlikView Changes

QlikTech, the owners of the wonderful QlikView product, have recently restructured their worldwide distribution channels and associated contracts. This has allowed Greentree to create Greentree IQ

Here are the key points:

1. Greentree now has a worldwide agreement, to sell Greentree IQin all it’s territories.

2. The Greentree product offering will now be known as “Greentree IQ which replaces the previous “QlikView for Greentree”, and will be sold bundled with Greentree.

3. Greentree IQusers are restricted to the Greentree database and other flat files (e.g. Excel).

4. This change in structure will allow Greentree to reduce the price of Greentree IQmaking it an even more compelling proposition and increasing the number and type of companies that can access this innovative Business Intelligence product.

And the best news of all is that,the founder of Visual Intelligence who Greentree have worked very closely with on QlikView for Greentree, has joined Greentree as Greentree Product Manager – Business Intelligence. Greentreehave had a great relationship with Raul so it’s brilliant to have him leading the new Greentree IQ world to really grow and develop Greentree’s BI market.
