Computershare’s Australian Operations Division was awarded Gold at the 2010 Australian Business Excellence Awards (ABE) ceremony in Melbourne, November 19 2010.
The awards are recognised as Australia’s premier business awards.
The global judging framework focuses on sustainable organisational excellence. Judged by representatives from across Australian business and industry, the stringent international points-based assessment standards cover various aspects of an organisation’s performance including innovation, customer service, quality and bottom-line results.
“We are extremely pleased to be awarded the highest standard from ABE as it is recognition of our efforts to continuously improve our business,” Mark Davis, Group Regional Director Australasia, said.
“This award further solidifies Computershare’s commitment to delivering a premium service to our clients and a clear differentiation in the Australian marketplace.”
Mr Davis said winning the Gold ABE Award further validated Computershare’s approach to delivering market-leading innovation and operational excellence.
“The award’s evaluation process has provided us with extremely valuable insights into ways in which we can continue to enhance quality and deliver the kind of certainty that our clients expect from us,” Mr Davis added.
The ABE Gold Award follows Computershare’s previous service excellence achievements at the Australian Business Excellence Awards, including the 2009 Silver award and the 2008 Bronze award.
