Changes to NSW legislation for food handling outlets


From September 2011 all Food Handling outlets in NSW will be required to have at least one person supervising in the workplace, at all times, who has the required certification. Essential Business Training has been accredited by the NSW Food Authority to train andissue appropriate NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificates and will becontacting current clients, who need to meet these requirements,and assist them with meeting their obligations under the Act.
