Essential Business Training has been accredited by the the NSW Food Authority to provide training and issuethe required Supervisor's Certification, that is required byall food handling (processing & selling) outlets to have at least one certified person nominated as their Food Safety Supervisor. The Act comes into force 1 September 2011 and substantial fines will be applied if their is not an accredited Food Safety Supervisor nominated for each applicable outlet.
