Star Business Solutions is proud to announce that Steve McCann has joined our team. Steve holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and brings with him over 25 years in the Accounting IT Industry. His wealth of Accounting, Support and Management experience will be a great addition to our team and enhance our ability to supportclients.
Over his career, Steve has held an array of Support and Customer Service positions pertaining to mid-market Business Management & Accounting Software solutions in a number of Large Organisations – roles such as; Accounting Firm software specialist (7 years), Software Support Consultant, Customer Service Manager/Support Manager (10 years). Steve’s experience also extends to Product Testing, Training, Implementations and Presentations.
Steve has previous experience in the service and support of a range of Business Management, Financial Accounting and ERP packages giving a thorough understanding on functional capabilities and solutions. He also has development and database experience allowing him to view support needs from a variety of perspectives.
With all of his extensive experience, Steve brings an enthusiasm to excel and a keen interest in assisting clients meet their needs. As a fitness fanatic he will be able to keep up with all who call on his services at Star.
