SAS Australia scores recognition Hat-Trick

Announcement posted by SAS 23 Jun 2011

Third consecutive ‘BRW Best Places to Work 2011’ annual ranking
For the third consecutive year, SAS, the leader in business analytics software and services, has been ranked as one of Australia’s 50 best employers by BRW magazine and  the Great Place to Work™ Institute Australia; the local arm of the international Great Place to Work™ Institute, Inc.

The institute makes its assessments from detailed annual studies of workplace culture, taken from its proprietary employee and management surveys. The findings are published in BRW as the‘BRW Best Places to Work 2011’ list.

Gordon Clubb – managing director of SAS Australia and New Zealand and regional director SAS South East Asia – said he was delighted that the Company had been recognised by the Institute as one of Australia’s top 50, three years in a row. He reflected that fostering a good working environment was irrefutably also very good for business. “My management team has heard it before but it has always been a core belief of mine that if you look after your people, they will look after your customers who in turn will look after your bottom line.”

The value of this belief is borne out by highlights such as consistently strong profit and revenue growth and very high levels of customer satisfaction.

Gordon Clubb added, “SAS employees appreciate the benefit of being able to work with the industry’s best business analytics solutions. They enjoy the challenge of serving the many successful organisations that comprise the SAS customer base and take great satisfaction from providing customers with solutions that deliver insights for success.”
