Business coach helps grow Sydney SME Chiefs

Announcement posted by The Executive Connection (TEC) Pty Ltd 27 Jun 2011

Is your business green and growing or brown and dying?
Sydney-based management and business expert John Scutt is coaching CEOs from large SMEs who want to find the key to growing their business and becoming more successful, while having less stress and improving their social relationships.

John is part of peer mentoring and coaching membership organisation The Executive Connection (TEC), which provides a confidential forum for vibrant business leaders to gain the support needed to give their business the edge in a competitive market.

“Businesses are either green and growing or brown and dying,” says John. “But TEC is not a hospital – it’s a gym. It’s a where CEOs go to grow, outperform their competitors, and learn how to live a more balanced and effective life.”

Members participate in ongoing peer think-tanks, one-to-one business coaching sessions and regular speaker workshops to harness the knowledge and experience of their ‘TEC group’ to outperform their competitors.

TEC provides the skills, the environment and the opportunity for its 1250 CEOS and leaders of small and medium-size Australian enterprises to leverage their own skills and build their confidence.

“This fully integrated, ongoing coaching and mentoring program will ensure you are generating ideas you can use to achieve lasting results for your business. It is best suited for experienced leaders in established organisations, who are not satisfied with the status quo and are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit,” says John.

John has been working in senior management, CEO and Board roles for the past 35 years across a range of organisations, from larger public and private organisations to SMEs and start-up, and with within a number of industries, from manufacturing, mining and retail to ITC, media and advertising.

But John is also an entrepreneur himself, having founded online retailer Ezishop in 1998, and experienced the highs and lows of the dotcom era.

John is hosting a breakfast for chief executives on Wednesday, 13 July 2011 and Friday, 5 August 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney. Guests will have the opportunity to network with like-minded leaders and directly experience the benefits members receive from a TEC group meeting. Limited places are still available, so please email TEC to reserve your place.
