Veneziano Coffee First Pour Launch Party

What a night! On the evening of June 15, Veneziano hosted an event to celebrate the reopening of a re-energised First Pour espresso bar and showroom, at Bond Street Abbotsford.
In the company of good friends, colleagues and specialty coffee industry folk we enjoyed some great food, great coffee (of course) including some amazing espresso martinis. And, a specialty coffee industry event wouldn't be complete without some cupping thrown in there, and a latte art smackdown!
Thanks to Scottie Callaghan, 2006 Australian and world latte art champion and 2007 Australian barista champion, for his judging assistance in the latte art comp, with congratulations going to Alan from Coffee Hit and Archie from Eclipse on first and second place respectively, and their cash prizes.
We are looking forward to bigger and better things!
