SAMMY JO (SCISSOR SISTERS) TO TOUR AUSTRALIA

The tour kicks off in Sydney with Sammy Jo making a headline appearance at pure ivy Saturdays, followed by The Beresford Hotel, and venues in Adelaide, and Melbourne.
Sammy Jo was approached by the Scissor Sisters in 2004 to be the band’s official tour DJ. The band is most known on the scene for chart hits Comfortably Numb (a Pink Floyd cover), I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ (a collaboration with Elton John) and Filthy/Gorgeous.
Recently Sammy Jo added remixing to his list of accomplishments, having completed several for the latest Scissor Sisters release Nightwork, as well as the house classic The Anthem released by Kinetica records in 2010.
